The Jersey City Redevelopment project sits on a 1.5-acre site just adjacent to the Journal Square PATH. This site was formerly a horizontal parking lot and a 1 story retail building. This Downtown Redevelopment will consist of two towers, 58 and 38 narrative residential units both within a 7 story retail building and parking at the bottom.
